Most hosts arrive on the day. Lee comes back to you the week before with the three gaps she found in your programme.
Twenty-nine years as a Registered Nurse, much of it in critical care. When the AV fails or a speaker doesn't show, the room will not feel it.
As a Nurse Educator she stood in front of rooms for a living. Holding an audience isn't a talent she discovered. It's a profession she's had since 2008.

The Pivot Point
At forty-three, days after delivering her third daughter, Lee suffered a massive postpartum haemorrhage. She lost more than a third of her blood volume. Code blue, emergency theatre, and a night she was not expected to walk out of.
Read more about the keynoteLee Montajes spent nearly three decades as a Registered Nurse in Australia, including seventeen years as a Nurse Educator — which means she has been standing in front of rooms, holding attention and explaining things that matter, as her actual job since 2008.
She left clinical nursing to speak, host and write full time. She's now booked across Australia for corporate conferences, galas, awards nights, and multicultural and diplomatic events, and she works comfortably across cultures and languages.
Organisers keep booking her for the same reason. She prepares more than she's paid to, and when a night goes sideways, she's the calmest person in the building.
